i2 Advisor's is a family-owned business headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. But has offices in Florida and Ohio. We have been investing in residential and commercial property with a mission to “transform lives through real estate.” The founders, started investing in real estate in 2016 with the purchase of a duplex in Lawrenceville, PA.
i2 Advisor's has vast experience in bringing properties to their highest and best use, which includes repositioning single family homes, multi-family, apartment buildings, mixed-use, retail, and office space. i2 Advisor's has the capability to handle properties in various states of repair from gut-rehabs to value-add opportunities.
